Backshelf with low side walls, exhaust only ventilator, wall equipment or floor mounted for all types of range batter cooking equipment.  This unit is designed to fit the cooking equipment length thus eliminating the need for overhang.

This feature enables the appliance to be exhausted with less CFM and a substantial savings in operating costs.  This ventilator is applicable for wall or equipment mounting and may include such options as insulated or stainless steel rear panels, modified end panels, and fire extinguishing systems.
